Dr. Mukta Makhija

Dr. Mukta Makhija is currently serving as Professor & Asst. Dean-IT at Integrated Academy of Management & Technology (INMANTEC),Ghaziabad ,Uttar Pradesh. She also holds key institutional responsibilities as the Incharge of Research Development and Innovation cell , Member of IQAC Cell, SPOC of ICT Academy, SPOC of NPTEL Certification courses, Associate Editor of Journal-PRANJANA , Convenor of International Conference, Active member of student grievance cell . She has 20 years of rich academic experience .She has completed Ph. D(CS) , M. Phil(CS) M. Tech(CS) , MCA, M.Sc (CS),APGDCA, MBA, B.Ed , DOEACC Certified(Delhi) ,ASP. Net Certified, Company Secretariat Intermediate certified. She has published more than 32 research articles in SCOPUS, UGC Care, ABDC, Conclave, Summit, lecture Series, International/National Conferences, Journals and Seminars. She is organizes / coordinated /attended and participated in more than 54 Faculty Development Programs , Workshops and Webinars, She has published more than 20 patents, Books and chapters. Acted as a Resource person in many institutes, Acted as a External Evaluator of Ph. D thesis, Editor and Reviewer & member many peer reviewed journals, She is acted as a chairperson in many conferences, she is acted as External examiner in colleges.She is active member of NSS and Women Grievance Cell, Guided more than 300 students in Project Development, She is very much passionate and enthusiastic in academic and co-curricular events, Active member of CCSU electoral committee, Mentor of 200 plus students in MOOC's learning and skill development programme. She is awarded with Research , Innovation & Excellence award, Teaching excellence awards etc. She is recognized as best mentor and guided more than 800 students in project development. She have patent many business ideas , services and protocol. She coordinated NBA and NAAC Criteria’s and also coordinator of placement related activities like Mock Drives and HR sessions. She has worked as executive editor in National Journal. She guided students to enroll in skill development courses like NPTEL, Future learn, Udemy Skill analytics etc. She has nominated as SPOC for ICT academy and Capgemini, NASSCOM & Cepta , She organized many IPR activities through CIPAM India. She engage in many CSR activities like waste management, Recycling waste and ensuring sustainable packaging and conservation projects : supporting environmental conservation, such as Tree planting, Water Conservation or Wildlife protection. She has engaged in employee well-being, Development work life balance : Offering flexible work arrangements, Promoting Mental Health & Wellness Programs and skill Development ,Providing opportunities for employees to enhance their skills through various Peer to Peer training.
